Who is responsible

Sirppi Innovation Hub is responsible for the personal information described here. Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to enquiry@build.sirppi.ai.

Information we collect

We collect the details you choose to provide in an enquiry, estimate or project brief, including your name, email address, company, role, phone number, project requirements, budget, timing, reference links and uploaded files. We also retain the estimate inputs and results needed to explain a quote.

When you use the site, essential technical records may include request, security and error information. Team authentication also uses essential session information.

How we use it

• Respond to your request and discuss a potential project.
• Create, save and explain an estimate or project brief.
• Operate, secure and improve the service.
• Maintain appropriate business, contractual and legal records.

Where the interactive brief is used, project text and attachment names may be processed to create an AI-assisted summary. Uploaded file contents are stored privately and are not sent to the summary model through this flow.

Legal bases

Depending on the context, we process information to take steps you request before a contract, to perform an agreement, with your consent, to meet legal obligations, or for legitimate interests such as responding to enquiries, preventing misuse and operating our services. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Service providers and transfers

We use carefully selected service providers for hosting, private file storage, authentication, transactional email, error monitoring and AI-assisted summarisation. They process information only to provide those services. Some processing may occur outside your country; where European data-protection law applies, we use an appropriate transfer mechanism and safeguards.

How long we keep information

We retain enquiries and project records only as long as needed to respond, manage a potential or active engagement, maintain necessary business records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Retention is reviewed according to the purpose and sensitivity of the information. You can ask us to delete information that is no longer required.

Your rights

Where European data-protection law applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. You may also complain to the data-protection authority where you live or work. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Your choices and security

You decide what to include in free-text fields and attachments, so please avoid unnecessary sensitive information. We use access controls and other proportionate safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security.
