Website and enquiries

You may use this site to learn about our work, request an indicative estimate, submit a project brief or contact us. You must provide information you are entitled to share and must not misuse the site, interfere with its operation or submit unlawful or harmful material.

Estimates are planning guidance

Online estimates are indicative, non-binding planning ranges based on the answers supplied and the benchmark identified in the quote. They are not an offer, guarantee, fixed fee or commitment to a delivery date. Scope, assumptions, dependencies and commercial terms must be confirmed in a written proposal or project agreement.

Starting a project

A project begins only when both parties accept a separate written agreement or statement of work. That agreement will define deliverables, milestones, fees, taxes, payment dates, cancellation rights, change control, support and any service-specific commitments. If it conflicts with these website terms, the signed project agreement controls.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for timely decisions, accurate instructions, lawful content, necessary permissions and access to systems or materials required for the work. Delays or scope changes may affect price and timing and will be handled through the agreed change process.

Intellectual property and confidentiality

Each party keeps ownership of materials it already owns. Ownership and permitted use of new deliverables, source materials, third-party components and reusable studio know-how will be set out in the project agreement. Confidential information will be handled with reasonable care and used for the relevant discussion or engagement.

Third-party services

Projects may depend on third-party platforms, models, hosting, software or integrations. Their availability and terms are outside our control. We will identify material dependencies in the applicable proposal or project agreement.

Liability

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, and Sirppi Innovation Hub is not responsible for decisions made solely from an indicative estimate or general website information. Any project-specific liability terms belong in the signed project agreement.

Applicable law and disputes

Mandatory consumer and data-protection rights in Europe remain unaffected where they apply. The governing law, courts or agreed dispute process for paid services will be identified in the relevant proposal or project agreement rather than assumed by this website.
